With the first recipe of 2021, let’s start with an item that is most of people’s common goal: eating healthier. For both healthy and delicious Mediterranean style chicken recipe;
Ingredients:
2 pieces chicken breast- chopped dice
24 cherry tomato
6 adet mantar- her biri 4 parçaya bölünmüş
2 cloves crushed garlic
1 grated lemon peel
2 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon chopped fresh tyme
Preparation:
You can utilize stainless steel Aniva Skewer Set or disposable wood skewers for this recipe.
Skewer a piece of chicken, tomato, followed by mushrooms. Repeat this process 2 times and finish the skewering process with the chicken.
Put the skewers on a non-metal plate.
Mix garlic, lemon peel, lemon juice, olive oil and chopped tyme and pour over skewers and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or, if possible, all night.
Grill the meat on a hot, lightly greased barbecue grill, turning it over until the chickens are grilled and the tomatoes are slightly dry.
