Inspired by Lokma ; the idea of ”perfect on the its season”. We would like to share with you vegetarian asparagus recipe that seasonally perfect timing in April.
A main course or an appetizer or a salad,you can serve whatever you like. Recipe is pretty easy and quick;
Ingredients (serving 4):
400 gr asparagus, trimmed
80 ml (1/3 cup) extra virgin olive oil
1,5 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
2 medium size (380 gr) tomatoes, peeled, seeded, chopped finely
2 tablespoon small basil leaves
Preparing:
Grill asparagus on pre-heated barbecue until browned and tender.
Serve asparagus drizzled with combined oil-vinegar-tomato; sprinkle with basil.
