About the New Year with Aynur Ayhan

We tried to answer these questions with Aynur Ayhan, the founding partner of Aniva Home Products, welcome to our interview;

1. As we leave 2020 behind, what would you like to say about the reflections of 2020? It was a difficult year, how did you proceed for these?

The wind of change that started in 2012 or even 2009 was felt in 2020 and we are now at the beginning of a new era. All of our habits are changing and will change. The world has experienced and skipped a pandemic in the past, so these covid days will pass and we will socialize with our new habits again.

Each challenge brings us to a new platform, a new perspective. In this period, it is time to turn to ourselves and make a self-evaluation instead of complaining. While we were living with less awareness than the daily hustle and bustle until the pandemic, we suddenly locked ourselves in our homes and started to think about what we did and what we wanted to do. We started to think about what we do, we feed our soul, what we do, we are happy and we earn money easily. Therefore, many people had the opportunity to implement the decisions they postponed in their lives that they did not dare to do.

Due to the conditions and rules requiring minimum physical communication, they were stuck between home and work. Rather than complaining about this situation, the most important issue is that we look at "How can I turn this situation into an advantage?" and do what we have to do and continue on our way.

We re-examined our business and returned to the new order-preparatory structuring. "How do we adapt to the new work order?" "How do we get ready on time?" continues his work.

2. How do you personally see 2021? Postpandemic period, how do you think the effect will be?

When you look at the Spanish flu, we see that the recovery takes 2 years. Therefore, no matter what we do, we will grind our teeth for two years. Of course, vaccine studies can suddenly change processes. Let's not forget that the vaccine is not a cure for the sick, but it will prevent Covid from being severe.

The good scenario is that the Pandemic will slow down after the first three months of 2021, while the second scenario is that there will be a recovery after the first half.

Although the duration of the change process is not fully known, since it will not end from today to tomorrow, it will take time for the change to become widespread, and it is predicted that surprises will continue in our lives until the next 10 years, that is, until 2030-2035.

While the topics discussed at the beginning of the pandemic and even what we talk about today are different, we are trying to foresee how much what we will talk about will change in the future.

No matter how unmanned machines develop, human resources are the most important values of countries. It is certain that young people today will undergo a mental change that we are not accustomed to as a result of online education, not being able to socialize and staying at home all the time. If we foresee that the results of this change will be seen in 8-10 years, it seems inevitable that there will be difficulties as a workforce. Therefore, how we will prepare ourselves and our work, how we will change is the issue that everyone should think about for himself.

3. What are your project goals as Aniva for the new year?

Everything we thought about while designing Aniva BBQs meets today's demands.

Namely; Our motto is that today's products are environmentally friendly, leaving a livable world to future generations, efficient use of our limited natural resources, multi-functional products and a simpler life.

We can say that Aniva products cover exactly these features and we will continue to work on new products in this direction.

Since our habits and activities have changed with the pandemic, we have encountered different demands and application requests. In the new year, we will continue production with new projects, taking into account the needs.

4. Concluding the interview, we would like to hear your wishes for 2021 for the Aniva family and followers.

While we wish you health and happiness every new year, I think we have grasped the value of a healthy breath and the luxury of traveling freely this year.

While we continue to work by paying attention to personal protection, we can pass this period together, hand in hand. Of course, even if international fairs and travels are temporarily limited, we will continue to organize events and fairs in the local area within the scope of permissions. It is the words of satisfaction and natural sharing of the users that give us the most pleasure.
