Will Crown Your Christmas Table: Ginger Steak with Sesame | Barbecue, Grill, Bbq
Are you looking for a different recipe that will crown your table at the beginning of the year?

Materials:

  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) sesame oil
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) soy sauce
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped spring onions
  • 60 g (4.5 tablespoons) brown sugar*
  • 500 g beef steak
  • * If you do not have brown sugar, you can obtain it by adding molasses to white sugar.

Fabrication:

  • Combine sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, lemon juice, scallions and sugar in a non-metal bowl. Marinade is ready. Add the steak, making sure it is thoroughly soaked in the mixture. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight if possible.
  • Grill the meat on a very hot, lightly oiled barbecue until golden brown, when streaks appear, take it from the barbecue, wrap it in foil and put it back on the barbecue. Let it sit on the barbecue for about 10-15 more minutes, turning it from time to time, depending on the degree of cooking you like. Let the meat rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Cutting it right away will cause the meat to release its juices.
  • Put the remaining marinade sauce in a small saucepan and simmer for 5 minutes. This marinade works perfectly with meat as a sauce.
