Grilled Asparagus with Balsamic Vinegar | Barbecue, Grill, Bbq
We got the inspiration from Lokma and we want to give you a vegetarian recipe from the young asparagus, which is on the counters in April, by saying "it's beautiful in its season".

Main course, side dishes, salad, whatever you want to place on your table. The recipe is quite simple;

Ingredients (for 4 people):

  • 400 g asparagus, peeled
  • 80 ml (1/3 cup) extra virgin olive oil
  • 1.5 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
  • 2 medium (380 g) tomatoes, peeled and seeded, finely chopped
  • A pinch of basil leaves

Preparation of:

  • Grill the asparagus on the preheated barbecue until browned and tender.
  • In a separate bowl, mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar and chopped tomatoes.
  • Put the asparagus you bought from the grill on a serving plate, and pour the oil-tomato-vinegar mixture on it.
  • Finally, finish off your meal with basil leaves.
