Due to the non-stick non-stick feature of anchovy pan, you can eat delicious fish with a crispy consistency in less oil. Thanks to the fact that the double-sided pans are closed on each other, not only does it not smell much, but it also keeps the heat inside and provides baking feature.
PAN RECIPES WITH ANCHIE
Dip the cleaned and washed anchovies in corn flour and place them on the Aniva Anchovy Pan, on which you have greased both inner surfaces with a brush, as in the picture, and cook on the stove at medium heat.
When the bottom surface is browned, close the lock of the pan and turn it 180º.
Thanks to your Aniva double-sided pan, you do not need to turn the fish one by one or use a lid.
It is enough to close the lock and turn the other side on the stove.

Operating Instruction
· Before using the HAMSİ pan, clean it with normal detergent and sponge.
· The product is mainly suitable for cooking fish, hash browns, cornbread and similar foods.
· Do not leave your anchovy pan on the stove for a long time without food in it.
Otherwise, the base may be damaged.
· Do not use the HAMSİ pan on high heat, use it on medium heat.
In gas stoves, the flame should not overflow from the surface of the pan. The medium temperature fire helps protect the stem while saving energy.
Fish, cornbread, mucver, etc. Only use wooden or non-stick kitchen utensils to pick up or turn food.
· Use your pan by turning it on the stove so that both sides of your food can be fried.
· Do not cut the food in the anchovy pan
· If the food you are cooking burns, leave the pan in water for a while before washing it.
· Do not use steel wool or hard-tipped sharp abrasives when cleaning the outer and inner surfaces of the HAMSİ pan.
After use, it is sufficient to wash it by hand with warm water and shake it.
