Banana Roll Pancakes

We have a great banana roll pancake recipe for you;
Materials:
for pancakes
- 2 eggs
- 1.5 cups of flour
- half a glass of milk
- Sunflower oil
for interior material
- 3 cups of milk
- 1.5 teaspoons of flour
- 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar
- 6 bananas
- 1 teaspoon coarsely ground pistachios
to decorate
- Powdered Pistachios
Preparation of:
Whisk the flour and milk in a bowl until smooth. Add the eggs and continue beating. Lubricate the non-stick Aniva Anchovy pan with a small amount of sunflower oil using a brush. Pour 1 ladle of dough and shake the pan lightly. Easily cook both sides of the crepes with the double-sided Aniva Anchovy Pan.
For the pudding, cook the milk, flour and granulated sugar in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly. Let it cool down.
Spread custard on each crepe and sprinkle generously with finely ground pistachios. Place the banana on it and roll it tightly. Sprinkle peanuts on top and serve by slicing.
