Chimichurri, the traditional sauce of Argentine cuisine, will take your grilled food to the next level!

You can use the chimichurri sauce at the end of the grilling process, in the final stage. When grilling vegetables, fish, red meat, chicken; You can even use it to season pasta and potato salad. It is quite easy to make;

Materials:

  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup sherry vinegar (or balsamic vinegar)
  • 1 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh thyme
  • 1/4 cup (1 small) chopped onion
  • 6 cloves of minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons of red hot pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • half a teaspoon of salt

Fabrication:

  • Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well, that's it! You can store in jars in the refrigerator for 2 weeks.
