Grilled Fruit Skewers
A light dessert goes well after a barbecue. Grilled fruit skewers that you will serve with ice cream are both light and healthy and a suggestion that you can have different barbecue experiences, give it a chance!

Materials

1 peach, cut into 8 pieces

1 mango, cut into 8 pieces

8 strawberries, halved

160 g papaya, cut into 8 pieces

160 g pineapple, cut into 8 pieces

2 bananas, cut into 2cm pieces

2 tablespoons of honey

1 teaspoon cinnamon

Ice cream for serving

Note: you can add or remove any fruit you want.

Fabrication

If your skewers are wooden, soak them in cold water to prevent them from catching fire. If you don't want to deal with this, you can use the food-safe and reusable Aniva Skewer Set .

Arrange the fruits in 8 bottles in an orderly manner.

In another bowl, mix the honey and cinnamon until you get a homogeneous mixture.

Preheat the barbecue and turn the skewers for 5 minutes on each side, then apply the honey-cinnamon sauce and continue grilling until tender.

You can take the skewers on a serving plate and serve with ice cream or yogurt. Enjoy your meal!
