Mediterranean Style Chicken Skewer

Let's take a look at an item that is on the goals of most people with the first recipe article of 2021: Eating Healthier! For the Mediterranean Style Chicken recipe that is both light and delicious and will not deprive you of the pleasure of barbecue;
Materials:
- 2 chicken breast fillets - diced
- 24 cherry tomatoes
- 6 mushrooms - each cut into 4 pieces
- 2 cloves of crushed garlic
- 1 lemon peel - grated
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped thyme leaves
Preparation of:
- For this recipe, you can use the stainless Aniva Skewer Set or use disposable wooden skewers.
- Arrange each bottle with a piece of chicken, a tomato, and then a cork. Repeat this process 2 times and finish the arranging process with the chicken coming last.
- Place the skewers on a shallow, non-metallic plate.
- Mix together the garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, and chopped thyme, pour on skewers and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight if possible.
- Grill the meat on a hot, lightly oiled barbecue grill, turning each side occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and the tomatoes are slightly dry.
